The Reality Of Resurrection
“예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라” (히 13:8)
어떤 사람들은 환생을 전파하며 죽은 후에 다른 몸으로 돌아온다고 주장합니다. 그 몸은 동물, 새, 곤충, 심지어 다른 사람일 수도 있다고 말합니다. 그러나 이런 가르침은 성경적이지 않습니다. 성경은 환생이 아닌 부활을 가르칩니다. 부활은 죽음 이후의 삶이지만, 하나님의 능력으로 다시 살아난 동일한 사람입니다. 이것이 진리입니다.
환생은 거짓말이며, 거짓 교리입니다. 그러나 부활은 하나님의 실재입니다. 많은 사람들이 자신이 증명할 수 없는 것을 믿는 것은 흥미롭습니다. 기독교는 증명될 수 있습니다. 그리스도의 부활은 그분의 신성을 증명합니다. 로마서 1장 4절은 그분이 죽은 자 가운데서 부활하심으로 거룩한 영을 따라 능력으로 하나님의 아들로 선포되셨다고 말합니다.
그렇기 때문에 예수님의 이름은 오늘날에도 여전히 능력이 있습니다. 예수님이 죽기 전에 이루신 모든 일은 오늘날에도 그분의 이름이 계속해서 행하고 있습니다. 성경은 말합니다. “예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라”(히 13:8) 더 나아가 성경은 하나님께서 심판의 날을 정하셨고, 예수 그리스도의 부활로 확증하셨다고 말합니다(사도행전 17장 29-31절을 읽어보십시오).
부활은 예수님이 정해진 심판자라는 부인할 수 없는 증거입니다. 이 진리를 믿는 것은 환생의 개념을 배제합니다. 어떤 사람들은 침례 요한을 “엘리야”라고 부르신 주님의 말씀을 오해합니다. 주님은 엘리야가 환생하여 침례 요한이 되었다는 뜻으로 말씀하신 것이 아닙니다. 오히려 침례 요한이 엘리야의 능력과 영으로 왔다는 뜻입니다(눅 1:13-17). 만약 엘리야 자신이 다시 나타난다면, 그는 여전히 엘리야이지 요한이 아닐 것입니다.
성경은 또한 마지막 때에 이스라엘에서 사역할 두 증인에 대해 말합니다. 많은 사람은 그 중 한 사람이 엘리야가 될 것이라고 믿습니다. 엘리야는 죽지 않고 살아서 하늘로 들려 올라갔기 때문입니다(왕하 2:11). 엘리야가 나타날 때, 그것은 환생이 아니라 하나님의 계획에 따라 다시 나타나는 엘리야 자신일 것입니다.
모세는 어떻습니까? 성경은 모세가 죽고 하나님께서 친히 그를 장사지내셨다고 말합니다(신 34:5-6). 그러나 모세는 엘리야와 함께 예수님과 변화산에 나타났습니다(마 17:1-3). 그것도 환생이 아니었습니다. 모세는 영화롭게 변화된 몸으로 하나님의 부활의 능력을 나타냈습니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 예수 그리스도를 통한 영생의 확신에 감사드립니다. 나는 예수님의 부활의 능력의 실재 안에 살며, 교회의 영광스러운 휴거와 성도들의 부활을 기쁨으로 기대합니다. 하나님의 의의 사랑, 기쁨, 평강, 다스림 가운데 기쁘게 살도록 나를 자유케 한 말씀의 진리에 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE REALITY OF RESURRECTION
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever” (Hebrews 13:8).
There are those who preach reincarnation, claiming that after death, a person returns in another body, perhaps as an animal, bird, insect, or even another human. But this teaching is unscriptural. The Bible teaches resurrection, not reincarnation. Resurrection is life after death, but it’s the same person who’s brought back to life by God’s power. That is the truth.
Reincarnation is a lie, a false doctrine, but resurrection is God’s reality. It’s interesting how many believe in what they can’t prove. Christianity can be proven. The resurrection of Christ proves His deity. Romans 1:4 says He was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.
That’s why His Name still has power today. Whatever He accomplished before He died, His Name continues to do today. The Bible says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). Furthermore, the Bible says God has appointed a day of judgment, confirmed by the resurrection of Jesus Christ (read Acts 17:29–31).
The resurrection is the undeniable proof that Jesus is the appointed Judge. Believing in this truth excludes the idea of reincarnation. Some misunderstand the words of the Master about John the Baptist, calling him “Elijah.” He didn’t mean Elijah reincarnated as John the Baptist; rather, He meant that John the Baptist came in the power and spirit of Elijah (Luke 1:13-17). If Elijah himself were to appear again, he would still be Elijah, not John.
The Bible also speaks of two witnesses who will minister in Israel during the last days, and many believe one of them will be Elijah, since he never died but was taken alive to heaven (2 Kings 2:11). When he appears, it will not be a reincarnation, but Elijah himself, manifesting again according to God’s plan.
How about Moses? The Bible says he died and God Himself buried him (Deuteronomy 34:5–6). Yet, he appeared with Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration with Jesus (Matthew 17:1–3). That wasn’t reincarnation either; it was Moses in a glorified, transfigured body, demonstrating the resurrection power of God. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ. I live in the reality of His resurrection power and look forward with joy to the glorious rapture of the Church and resurrection of the saints. Thank you for the truth of your Word that has made me free to live joyfully in the love, joy, peace, and dominion of your righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
