You’re God’s Consummate Man
“우리는 하나님께서 [직접] 손수 만드신 작품(그분의 솜씨)이며… 그리스도 예수 안에서 재창조된 [거듭난] 자입니다.” (엡2:10, 확대 번역본)
당신이 하나님의 완전한 작품이란 사실을 생각해 본 적이 있습니까? 하나님은 당신을 어떤 결함, 한계, 제약도 없이 만드셨습니다. 당신은 그분이 훌륭하게 만드신 걸작품이며, 완전하고 완벽합니다. 이것이 하나님의 완전한 뜻입니다. 하나님이 당신을 만드실 때 생각하신 바이며, 오늘날에도 그분이 생각하고 계신 바입니다.
히브리서 10:14은 말합니다. “그가 거룩하게 된 자들을 한 번의 제사로 영원히 온전하게 하셨느니라” 바로 당신이 그 거룩하게 된 자입니다. 당신은 영원히 온전해졌고, 온전함을 더 발전시킬 수는 없습니다. 할렐루야! 다윗도 이를 이해하고 주님을 찬양하며 “내가 주께 감사하옴은 나를 지으심이 심히 기묘하심이라 주께서 하시는 일이 기이함을 내 영혼이 잘 아나이다”(시 139:14)라고 말했습니다. 하나님은 완전한 당신을 보십니다. 결핍도 없고, 망가진 것도 없는 당신을 보십니다.
이는 다음 성경 구절을 떠올리게 합니다. “하나님께서 행하시는 모든 것은 영원히 있을 것이라 그 위에 더 할 수도 없고 그것에서 덜 할 수도 없나니…”(전 3:14) 하나님께서 하시는 일은 시간이 지나도 변하지 않습니다. 하나님의 일은 완전합니다. 그분의 일은 영원합니다. 하나님께서 당신을 창조하셨을 때, 당신의 신장, 심장, 폐가 망가지거나 혈액 질환을 겪는 일은 그분의 계획에 없었습니다.
당신의 몸이 아픔, 질병, 연약함으로 인해 멍들거나 망가지는 것은 계획의 일부가 아니었습니다. 하나님의 일은 완전하므로 당신은 건강 분야에서도 완전하게 만들어졌습니다. 창세기 1:31은 말합니다. “하나님이 지으신 그 모든 것을 보시니 보시기에 심히 좋았더라…” 이 구절이 말하는 바를 주목하십시오. 하나님은 그분이 만드신 모든 것을 보시고, 그것들이 부분적으로 좋다고 하지 않으시고 심히 좋다고 하셨습니다. 당신은 자신을 이 빛 안에서 보아야 합니다.

YOU’RE GOD’S CONSUMMATE MAN
“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew]…” (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC).
Have you ever thought about the fact that you’re God’s consummate man? He made you without any form of defect, limitations or inhibitions. You’re His excellently crafted masterpiece, perfect and complete. This is God’s perfect will; this is what He had in mind when He made you and this is what’s on His mind today.
Hebrews 10:14 says, “For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.” That’s you; you’ve been perfected forever, and you can’t improve on perfect. Hallelujah! Even David understood this and said in praise to the Lord, “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well” (Psalm 139:14). When God looks at you, He sees a consummate you—nothing missing, nothing broken.
It reminds of the Scripture that says, “… whatsoever God doeth, it shall be forever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it…” (Ecclesiastes 3:14). Whatever God does stands the test of time. His works are perfect. His works are eternal. When He created you, it wasn’t part of the plan for your kidneys, your heart or your lungs to fail, or for you to have a blood condition.
It wasn’t part of the plan for your body to be bruised or mangled by sickness, disease or infirmities. You were perfected in health because there’s a perfection to the work of God. Genesis 1:31 says, “And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good….” Notice what it says: God saw everything that He had made, and He said they were very good, not partially good. You must see yourself in this light.
You’re consummate; that means you’re excellent, perfect, ideal, flawless, complete, supreme, whole. You’re replete with everything good, godly and divine. It helps you understand why the Bible says you’re complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10). This is why you must stand your ground and refuse to be sick. Refuse to be a failure or a victim in life. Walk in dominion and supremacy over Satan, his cohorts and circumstances of this world. You’re God’s peculiar treasure—perfected in righteousness and holiness. Glory to His Name forever.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for fashioning me in excellence and perfection. I’m your consummate workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works. I walk in preordained pathways of success, victory, health, and righteousness, complete in Christ, and replete with your divine nature and life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
