The Word Trains Us In Righteousness
“모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것으로 교훈과 책망과 바르게 함과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니”(딤후 3:16)
효과적인 그리스도인의 삶은 우연히 이루어지는 것이 아닙니다. 이는 영적 훈련, 즉 말씀을 통한 의의 훈련의 결과입니다. 말씀은 날마다 당신의 삶이 승리하도록 조정해 줍니다. 이것이 바로 우리에게 성경이 주어진 이유입니다. 성경은 우리에게 정보를 제공하기 위해서가 아니라, 당신의 성품을 형성하고, 생각을 조정하고, 삶을 세우고, 영을 훈련하여 하나님의 방식이 무엇인지 분별하게 하기 위해 주어졌습니다.
말씀에 자신을 푹 잠기게 하면 하나님처럼 생각하고, 판단하고, 반응하게 됩니다. 당신의 결정이 신성한 진리에 의해 형성되기 때문에 더 이상 감정이나 상황에 흔들리지 않습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 그분의 생각, 의견, 성품, 인격, 의지, 감정이기 때문입니다.
주 예수님을 생각해 보십시오. 그분은 감각이나 압박 또는 감정에 따라 반응하지 않으셨습니다. 예수님의 말과 행동은 그분의 신성을 나타냈습니다. 예수님은 진리를 말씀하시고 나타내셨습니다. 그분은 필요나 결핍을 느끼지 않으셨습니다. 그분은 한계를 느끼지 않으셨습니다. 그분은 하나님처럼 생각하셨고, 하나님처럼 말씀하셨고, 하나님처럼 행동하셨습니다. 예수님은 하나님의 말씀이 육신이 되어 나타나신 분이셨습니다.
예수님이 그러하심과 같이 당신도 이 세상에서 그러합니다(요일 4:17). 당신은 말씀으로 거듭났고(벧전 1:23, 약 1:18) 말씀의 생명을 가지고 있으므로 말씀으로 성장하고 훈련되어야 합니다. 말씀을 가볍게 여기지 마십시오. 말씀을 공부할 때마다 당신은 변화되고, 은사를 받고, 의 안에서 세워질 기회를 얻습니다.
하나님의 말씀은 당신의 영적 성장과 발전, 그리고 지속적인 승리와 성공의 균형 잡힌 삶을 위해 필요합니다. 사도행전 20:32은 말합니다. “지금 내가 여러분을 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀에 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 여러분을 능히 든든히 세우사 거룩하게 하심을 입은 모든 자 가운데 기업이 있게 하시리라” 말씀은 당신을 세울 수 있습니다. 당신은 말씀으로부터 났기 때문입니다. 당신은 썩지 않을 말씀의 씨로 태어났습니다. 말씀은 당신의 삶을 위한 설명서이며, 하나님의 신성한 목적을 성취하기 위한 당신의 안내서입니다.
고백
나는 말씀으로 훈련되고, 의로 가르침을 받고, 모든 선한 일에 온전케 됩니다. 나는 신성한 통찰력과 정확성으로 기능합니다. 내 삶은 하나님의 지혜와 탁월함을 반영하며, 나를 통해 다른 사람들이 하나님의 완전한 뜻에 일치됩니다. 하나님의 말씀은 내 안에서 역사하며, 나를 통해 예수 이름 안에 있는 말씀의 결과를 맺습니다. 아멘.

THE WORD TRAINS US IN RIGHTEOUSNESS
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16).
An effective Christian life isn’t something you stumble into; it’s the result of spiritual training—training in righteousness through the Word. The Word conditions your life for victory every day. That’s why the Scriptures are given to us: not just to inform us, but to form your personality, condition your thoughts, build your life and train your spirit to discern God’s way of doing things.
When you immerse yourself in the Word, it causes you to reason like God, judge like God, and respond like God. You’re no longer swayed by emotions or circumstances because your decisions are shaped by divine truth. That’s because God’s Word is His thoughts, opinions, character, personality, will and emotions revealed to us.
Consider the Lord Jesus. He didn’t respond to situations from the senses or based on pressure or sentiments. His words and actions were expressions of His divinity. He spoke and manifested truth. He had no sense of need or lack. He had no sense of limitation. He thought like God. He talked like God, and He acted like God. He was the manifestation of the Word of God, being the Word made flesh.
Guess what? As He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). You were born again by the Word (1 Peter 1:23, James 1:18), and must grow and be trained by the Word because you have the life of the Word. Never be casual with the Word. Every time you study it, it’s an opportunity to be transformed, receive impartation and be established in righteousness.
God’s Word is what you need for your spiritual growth and development and for a balanced life of continual victory and success. Acts 20:32 says, “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” The Word is able to build you up because that’s where you came from; you’re born of the incorruptible seed of the Word. The Word is your instruction manual for life, and your guide in fulfilling God’s divine purpose.
CONFESSION
I’m trained by the Word, instructed in righteousness and furnished unto every good work. I function with divine insight and precision. My life is a reflection of God’s wisdom and excellence, and through me, others are aligned to His perfect will. The Word of God is working in me, producing in and through me, the result of its message in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
