Sealed With The Spirit
“그 안에서 너희도 진리의 말씀 곧 너희의 구원의 복음을 듣고 그 안에서 또한 믿어 약속의 성령으로 인치심을 받았으니”(엡 1:13)
당신이 그리스도를 영접한 순간 놀라운 일이 일어났습니다. 당신은 약속의 성령으로 인치심을 받았습니다. 이 인치심은 단순한 정체성의 표식이 아닙니다. 오히려 소유권, 보호, 상속의 선포입니다. 영의 영역에서 당신은 하나님의 특별한 보물로 구별됩니다.
고대부터 오늘날까지 인장은 권세와 진정성을 나타냅니다. 왕들은 문서에 인장을 찍어 그 내용이 왕의 전적인 지지를 받는다는 것을 나타냈습니다. 당신은 아마 당신의 나라나 다른 나라의 대통령의 권위를 나타내는 “대통령의 인장”에 대해 들어본 적이 있을 것입니다. 마찬가지로 하나님은 당신이 온전히 그분의 것임을 증명하기 위해 그분의 영을 당신 안에 두셨습니다. 당신은 신성한 목적을 위해 하늘의 지지를 받도록 표식을 받았습니다.
성령을 받았을 때, 당신은 “우리 기업의 보증” 곧 그리스도 안에서 우리에게 속한 모든 것에 대한 보증을 받은 것입니다(엡 1:14).
하나님께서 당신에게 그분의 영을 주셨으므로, 이는 그분의 가장 좋은 것을 주셨다는 뜻입니다. 그분이 당신에게 주지 않으실 것은 없습니다. 그러므로 받아들여지기를 바라거나 “자격을 얻기” 위해 고군분투하며 살기를 거절하십시오. 당신은 이미 받아들여졌고, 자격이 있고, 인치심을 받았습니다. 당신 안에 계신 성령님은 신성한 지혜와 능력, 하나님과의 교제에 대한 접근권입니다. 성령님은 당신이 필요로 하는 모든 것입니다. 성령님은 하나님의 가장 좋은 것입니다.
성령님은 하나님께서 아브라함에게 하신 약속의 성취이십니다. 그리스도를 통해 이방인들에게 축복과 성령이 임할 것입니다. 당신의 일상에서 성령님을 인식하고 반응하십시오. 그분의 음성을 들으십시오. 그분과 대화하십시오. 그분의 임재를 인식하십시오. 성령님은 당신의 돕는 분, 선생님, 변호자, 강건케 하시는 분, 중보자, 대기자, 인도자이십니다. 그리고 당신은 성령님으로 말미암아 인치심을 받았기 때문에 신성한 보호를 받습니다. 당신은 건드릴 수 없고, 보호를 받고, 능력을 받고, 영광을 위해 구별되었습니다.
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 나를 신성한 보호의 보증이신 성령으로 인치심에 감사드립니다. 나는 그분의 임재, 능력, 인도를 의식하며 삽니다. 나는 하나님께 속했고, 하나님의 영광을 위해 인쳐지고 보호 받습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

SEALED WITH THE SPIRIT
“In whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise” (Ephesians 1:13).
The moment you received Christ, something remarkable happened; you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. This seal is not just a mark of identity; rather, it’s a declaration of ownership, protection and inheritance. In the realm of the Spirit, it identifies you as God’s peculiar treasure.
In ancient times, and even to this day, a seal denoted authority and authenticity. Kings sealed documents to signify that the contents carried their full backing. You might have heard of the “Presidential Seal” which signifies the authority of your country or some other country’s president. In the same way, God placed His Spirit in you as proof that you’re fully His—marked for divine purpose and backed by heaven.
When you received the Holy Spirit, you received the “earnest of our inheritance,” that is, the down payment, the guarantee of everything that belongs to us in Christ (Ephesians 1:14).
Since God gave you His Spirit, it means He’s already given you His best. There is nothing else He would withhold from you. Therefore, refuse to walk through life hoping for acceptance or struggling to “qualify.” You’re already accepted, already qualified, already sealed. The Spirit in you is your access to divine wisdom, power, and fellowship with God. He’s all that you could ever need; He’s God’s best.
He’s the fulfilment of the promise God made to Abraham that through Christ, the blessing and the Spirit would come upon the Gentiles. Recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit in your daily life. Listen to Him. Speak with Him. Acknowledge His presence. He is your Helper, your Teacher, your Advocate, your Strengthener, your Intercessor, your Standby, and your Guide. And because you’re sealed with Him, you’re divinely protected; you’re are untouchable, preserved, empowered, and distinguished for glory.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for sealing me with the Holy Spirit, my guarantee of divine protection. I walk in the consciousness of His presence, power, and guidance. I belong to you, marked and preserved for your glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
