The Key Is Training The Human Spirit
“육체의 연단은 약간의 유익이 있으나 경건은 범사에 유익하니 금생과 내생에 약속이 있느니라”(딤전 4:8)
데자뷰(Deja Vu)라는 현상이 있습니다. 이는 지금 일어나고 있는 일이 이전에 경험하거나 본 적이 있다는 느낌, 감각 또는 의식입니다. 당신은 한 번쯤 그런 일을 경험했을 수도 있습니다. 이는 인간이 영이라는 사실을 뒷받침합니다.
어떤 일이 일어났을 때 당신이 그것을 전에 본 적이 있거나 경험한 적이 있다고 느끼는 것은 당신이 언제인지 말할 수는 없지만 당신의 영이 그 경험에 진정으로 참여했기 때문입니다. 그것은 무아지경, 환상, 혹은 꿈을 통해서였을 수도 있습니다. 많은 사람들이 이러한 경험이 실제로 존재하는지 궁금해하며 탐구해 왔습니다.
인간의 영은 그 자체로 활동을 하며, 당신이 깨어 있든 자고 있든, 의식이 있든 없든, 혹은 잠재의식 중이든 상관없이 활동할 수 있습니다. 그렇다면 당신은 어떻게 영의 활동을 활용할 수 있습니까? 바로 말씀을 깊이 공부하고, 묵상하고, 행하며 당신의 영을 훈련하고 교육하는 것입니다.
교회에 참여하고, 셀과 교제 모임에서 하나님의 말씀을 배우고, 예배에 참석하고, 말씀의 실재를 공부하는 모든 활동은 당신의 영을 훈련하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 하나님의 말씀을 의도적으로 공부하고 적용함으로써 이 과정을 가속화할 수 있습니다.
야고보서 1:22-25은 말합니다. “너희는 말씀을 행하는 자가 되고 듣기만 하여 자신을 속이는 자가 되지 말라… 자유롭게 하는 온전한 율법을 들여다보고 있는 자는 듣고 잊어버리는 자가 아니요 실천하는 자니 이 사람은 그 행하는 일에 복을 받으리라” 말씀을 행할 때 당신의 영은 훈련되고, 당신의 명철은 예리해지며, 당신은 영적인 실재에 더 잘 맞춰집니다.
고백
내 영은 하나님의 말씀으로 계시된 영적인 실재에 맞춰져 있습니다. 나는 지혜 안에서 성장하고 더 큰 영적 인식 가운데 행합니다. 나는 인간의 이성으로 제한되기를 거절합니다. 나는 그리스도의 마음으로 기능하기 때문입니다. 내 삶에 하나님의 말씀의 빛을 주신 하늘에 계신 아버지께 감사드립니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

THE KEY IS TRAINING THE HUMAN SPIRIT
“For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come” (1 Timothy 4:8).
There’s a phenomenon known as deja vu, the feeling, sense or consciousness that something that’s happening has been experienced or seen before. You might have experienced such a thing at one time or the other; it just lends credence to the fact that man is a spirit.
When something happens and you feel like you’ve seen or experienced it before, it’s because your spirit was truly involved in the experience even though you’re not able to tell when. It might have either been through a trance, vision, or even as low as a dream. Many have been trying to explore this, wondering if such experiences are even real.
Well, the human spirit does have its own activities and they can happen whether you’re awake or asleep, conscious, unconscious or subconscious. How do you take advantage of that? It’s by training and educating your human spirit through deep study, meditating, and acting on the Word.
Your involvement in church, learning God’s Word in your cell and fellowship groups, attending services, and studying Rhapsody of Realities all contribute to the training of your spirit. But you can accelerate the process by deliberately studying God’s Word and putting it to work.
James 1:22-25 says, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves….But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.” As you act on the Word, your spirit is trained, your understanding is sharpened, and you become more attuned to spiritual realities.
CONFESSION
My spirit is attuned to spiritual realities, being enlightened by God’s Word. I grow in wisdom and walk in greater spiritual awareness. I refuse to be limited by human reasoning, for I function with the mind of Christ. Thank you, heavenly Father, for the light of your Word in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
