Nothing Can Stop Us
“바울이 온 이태를 자기 셋집에 머물면서 자기에게 오는 사람을 다 영접하고 하나님의 나라를 전파하며 주 예수 그리스도에 관한 모든 것을 담대하게 거침없이 가르치더라”(행 28:30-31)
교회와 예수 그리스도의 복음에 대적하는 사람들이 있습니다. 그들은 적그리스도의 영을 가진 사람들입니다. 그들은 하나님의 진리를 침묵하게 하고, 진리를 담대히 선포하는 사람들을 방해하기 위해 전략을 세웁니다. 그러나 우리는 조용히 있을 수 없습니다. 우리에게는 복음을 전해야 할 필연적인 의무가 있습니다(고전 9:16). 복음은 너무나 귀하고, 그 기쁨은 너무나 벅차서 우리 안에만 간직할 수 없습니다.
원수의 분노가 어떠하든 상관없습니다. 그 어떤 악한 법, 위협, 제도, 악한 구조도 우리를 막거나 진리를 억압할 수 없습니다. 그들은 하나님의 왕국의 전진을 막을 힘이 없습니다. 이는 시편 기자의 말을 떠올리게 합니다. “어찌하여 이방 나라들이 분노하며 민족들이 헛된 일을 꾸미는가 세상의 군왕들이 나서며 관원들이 서로 꾀하여 여호와와 그의 기름 부음 받은 자를 대적하며 우리가 그들의 맨 것을 끊고 그의 결박을 벗어 버리자 하는도다 하늘에 계신 이가 웃으심이여 주께서 그들을 비웃으시리로다”(시 2:1-4)
이사야 54:17은 말합니다. “너를 치려고 제조된 모든 연장이 쓸모가 없을 것이라” 주 예수님은 마태복음 16:18에서 “…내 교회를 세우리니 음부의 권세가 이기지 못하리라”고 말씀하셨습니다. 교회는 전진하고 있으며, 이 땅이나 지옥의 어떤 세력도 교회를 이길 수 없습니다. 우리가 무릎 꿇고 기도하며 싸우는 한, 우리를 막을 것은 아무것도 없습니다. 그것이 우리의 전략이며, 힘이고, 강점입니다.
반대가 일어날 때 우리는 걱정하거나 두려움에 굴복하지 않습니다. 우리는 기도를 통해 신성한 지혜, 통찰력, 해결책을 받습니다. 우리는 속사람 안에서 성령으로 말미암아 능력으로 강건해집니다. 이 마지막 때에 복음 전파를 주저하지 마십시오. 기억하십시오. 올해 우리는 모든 민족에게 복음 전파를 완성하고 있습니다. 우리는 성령과 능력의 나타남으로 담대하게 복음을 전파하고 있습니다. 그 무엇도, 그 누구도 우리를 막을 수 없습니다.
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 담대함과 믿음으로 성령과 능력의 나타남 가운데 복음을 전할 수 있는 특권, 기회, 은혜, 능력에 감사드립니다. 하나님의 말씀이 열방에서 흥왕하고, 의가 그 땅의 모든 사람에게 비처럼 내립니다. 하나님의 자녀들은 오늘날 전 세계에 복음을 전하며 많은 사람들의 구원을 위해 기쁨으로 가득 차 있습니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

NOTHING CAN STOP US
” And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him” (Acts 28:30-31).
There are those who have set themselves against the Church and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. These are people with the antichrist spirit. They strategize to silence God’s truth and hinder those who boldly proclaim it. But we can’t be quiet. Necessity is laid upon us to preach the Gospel (1 Corinthians 9:16). The Gospel is too precious, the joy too overwhelming to keep to ourselves.
It makes no difference the rage of the enemy; no amount of obnoxious laws, threats, systems or evil structures can deter us or suppress the truth. They lack the power to stop the advancement of God’s Kingdom. It brings to mind the words of the psalmist: “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision” (Psalm 2:1-4).
Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper.” The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, “…I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” The Church is marching on, and there’s no force on earth or from hell that can prevail against it. As long as we keep the fight on, on our knees, we’re unstoppable. That’s our strategy, our strength and our advantage.
When opposition arises, we don’t worry or give in to fear. Through prayer, we receive divine wisdom, insight, and solutions. We’re strengthened with might by His Spirit in our inner being. In these last days, preach the Gospel without holding back. Remember, this year, we’re completing the preaching of the Gospel to all nations. We’re doing it with confidence, in the demonstration of the Spirit and power; nothing, and no man forbidding us.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege, opportunities, grace and power to preach the Gospel undeterred, with boldness and faith, in the demonstration of the Spirit and power. Your Word prevails in the nations of the earth and righteousness rains upon all their inhabitants. Your children are full of joy as they preach the Gospel around the world today, for the salvation of many, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
