한계 없는 권세
Unlimited Authority
“너희가 내 이름으로 무엇을 구하든지 내가 행하리니 이는 아버지로 하여금 아들로 말미암아 영광을 받으시게 하려 함이라”(요 14:13)
우리가 예수 이름 안에서 할 수 있는 일에는 한계가 없습니다. 우리의 잠재력, 능력, 힘, 지혜, 통치권, 권세는 무한합니다. 우리가 그분을 대표하기 때문입니다. 우리는 예수 이름 안에서 삽니다. 우리는 예수 이름 안에서 무엇이든 할 수 있습니다. 이것이 바로 당신이 담대하고 강건해야 하며 피해자처럼 행동해서는 안 되는 이유입니다. 그리스도 안에서 당신은 정복자보다 더 나은 자이기 때문입니다.
주 예수님께서 오늘의 본문 구절에서 하신 말씀을 다시 읽어보십시오. “너희가 내 이름으로 무엇을 구하든지 내가 행하리니 이는 아버지로 하여금 아들로 말미암아 영광을 받으시게 하려 함이라.” 오직 예수 이름만이 한계 없는 권세를 행사합니다. 예수 이름은 절망적인 상황을 바꾸고 모든 것을 가능케 하는 능력입니다. 얼마나 대단한 이름입니까!
성경이 이렇게 말하는 것은 당연합니다. “이러므로 하나님이 그를 지극히 높여 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름을 주사 하늘에 있는 자들과 땅에 있는 자들과 땅 아래에 있는 자들로 모든 무릎을 예수의 이름에 꿇게 하시고 모든 입으로 예수 그리스도를 주라 시인하여 하나님 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하셨느니라”(빌 2:9-11) 그리고 마가복음 16:17-18에서 주님께서 친히 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. “믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며 뱀을 집어올리며 무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라”
이는 완전히 영광스럽습니다. 어떤 상황이든 상관없기 때문입니다. 당신은 그분의 이름 안에서 기적과 간증을 가질 수 있습니다. 이제 당신은 왜 베드로가 걷지 못하던 사람에게 담대하게 말할 수 있었는지 이해할 수 있습니다. 베드로는 그에게 예수 이름으로 일어나라고 명령했고, 그 사람의 절뚝거리는 다리에 힘이 생겼습니다(사도행전 3:1-8을 읽어보십시오).
마귀는 이를 막을 수 없었습니다. 그 사람은 뛰고 걸었습니다. 어떻게 가능했습니까? 바로 예수 이름으로 가능했습니다! 예수 이름은 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름이며, 그 이름 안에서 당신은 만물을 다스리는 권세를 가지고 있습니다. 그러므로 이 세상에서 다스리고 통치권을 행사하십시오. 하나님을 찬양합니다!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 내가 이 세상에서 다스리고 통치하는 예수 이름의 능력에 감사드립니다. 나는 예수 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내고, 아픈 사람들을 치유하며, 승리 가운데 걷습니다. 나는 영광스러운 예수 이름의 권세로 기능하기 때문에 나에게 불가능한 일은 없습니다. 예수 이름을 사용하고 오늘 승리하며 살 수 있는 특권을 주시니 감사합니다. 아멘.

UNLIMITED AUTHORITY
“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).
There’re no limits to what we can do in the Name of Jesus. Our potentials, abilities, strength, wisdom, dominion and might are infinite because we represent Him. We live in His Name. We can do anything and all things in His Name. This is one reason you must be bold, tough, and never act like a victim; because in Christ, you’re more than a conqueror.
Read again what the Lord Jesus said in our opening scripture: “And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” Only the Name of Jesus wields unlimited authority; power that changes hopeless situations and makes all things possible. What a name!
No wonder the Bible says, “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Then in Mark 16:17-18, the Lord Himself said, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
This is absolutely glorious; because it means it doesn’t matter what the case is; you can have a miracle, a testimony, in His Name. Now you can understand why Peter could boldly address a man who was impotent in his feet and commanded him to stand up in the Name of Jesus and the crippled limbs received strength (read Acts 3:1-8).
The devil could not stop it. The man leaped and walked; how? In the Name of Jesus! That Name is above every name, and in that Name, you have authority over all things. Therefore, reign and exercise dominion in this world. Praise God!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the power in the Name of Jesus by which I reign and exercise dominion in this world. In His Name, I cast out devils, heal the sick, and walk in victory. Nothing is impossible unto me because I function in the authority of that glorious Name. Thank you for the privilege to use the Name of Jesus and to live triumphantly today. Amen.
