Chosen To Rule The World
“너희가 세상에 속하였으면 세상이 자기의 것을 사랑할 것이나 너희는 세상에 속한 자가 아니요 도리어 내가 너희를 세상에서 택하였기 때문에 세상이 너희를 미워하느니라”(요 15:19)
주 예수님은 당신이 세상에 있지만 세상에 속하지 않는다고 말씀하셨습니다. 당신은 하나님께 선택되어 세상으로부터 분리되어 신성한 생명을 살고 다른 규칙을 따르며 살도록 부름 받았습니다. 당신은 왕국의 자녀입니다. 따라서 당신은 왕국의 사고방식을 가지고 이 세상에서 살아야 합니다. 이 세상의 시스템, 요소, 구조 및 환경을 다스리고 통치하십시오.
이 세상은 당신에게 속해 있습니다. 주 예수님께서 요한복음 16장 33절에서 하신 말씀은 이를 분명히 알려줍니다. “이것을 너희에게 이르는 것은 너희로 내 안에서 평안을 누리게 하려 함이라 세상에서는 너희가 환난을 당하나 담대하라 내가 세상을 이기었노라” 그분이 세상을 이기셨을 때, 당신은 그분 안에 있었습니다. 그분은 자신을 위해서가 아니라 당신을 위해 세상을 이기셨습니다.
그러므로 당신은 그리스도 안에서 세상과 이 세상의 신인 사탄을 이겼습니다. 당신은 사탄과 그의 어둠의 무리들과 이 시대의 타락한 영향력보다 우월합니다. 당신은 왕족 계급에 속합니다. 당신은 더 높은 차원의 존재, 통치권, 탁월함으로 들어왔습니다.
다른 사람들이 자신의 상황에 대해 불평할 때, 당신은 해결책을 제시합니다. 당신은 변화를 요구하는 무리의 일원이 아닙니다. 당신은 말과 기도를 통해 변화를 일으키는 사람입니다. 당신에게는 만물보다 크신 아버지가 계시고, 그분은 당신 안에 거하십니다. 당신은 그분을 나타냅니다. 그러므로 절대 평범한 사람처럼 생각하거나 말하지 마십시오.
당신이 누구인지 이해하십시오. 당신의 부르심은 당신의 세상에 하나님의 탁월함과 의를 나타내는 것입니다. 당신은 어두운 세상에 빛으로 세워졌습니다. 당신은 하늘이 택한 최고의 존재입니다. 당신은 선택받았고, 왕족이고, 최고의 축복을 받은 자입니다. “그러나 너희는 선택받은 민족이요 왕 같은 제사장이며, 구별되어 헌신된 나라요, [하나님께서] 친히 사신 특별한 백성이니, 이는 너희를 어두움에서 불러내어 그의 놀라운 빛으로 들어가게 하신 분의 경이로운 행위를 내세우고 그분의 덕과 완벽함을 내보이게 하려 하심이라.”(벧전 2:9, 확대 번역본)
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 나를 세상에서 선택하시고 아버지의 영광을 위해 따로 구별해 주셔서 감사합니다. 나는 나의 신성한 근원과 하늘의 부르심을 인식합니다. 나는 영광의 영역에서 기능하며, 나의 세상에 하나님의 빛을 비추고 하나님의 은혜를 나눕니다. 나는 왕족으로 살며 왕국의 아름다움과 탁월함을 드러냅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

CHOSEN TO RULE THE WORLD
“If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world…” (John 15:19).
The Lord Jesus said you’re in the world but not of the world. You’ve been handpicked by God and separated from the world to live the divine life, to live and play by a different set of rules. You’re a child of the Kingdom; therefore, you’re to live in this world with Kingdom mentality. Rule and reign over the systems, elements, structures and circumstances of this world.
This world is subject to you; the words of the Lord Jesus in John 16:33 make this very clear. He said “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” When He overcame the world, you were in Him. He overcame the world, not for Himself but for you.
Therefore, in Him, you’ve overcome the world and the god of this world, Satan. You’re superior to Satan, his cohorts of darkness, and the corrupting influences of this age. You belong to a royal class. You’ve been brought into a higher realm of existence, dominion and excellence.
When others complain about their circumstances, you bring solutions. You’re not part of the crowd demanding change; you’re the one effecting changes through your words and prayers. You have a Father who’s greater than all and He lives in you; you represent Him. Therefore, never think or talk like the ordinary man.
Understand who you are; your calling is to reveal God’s excellence and righteousness to your world. You’ve been set as a light in a dark world. You’re Heaven’s best; chosen, royal and supremely blessed: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9 AMPC).
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for choosing me out of the world and setting me apart for your glory. I’m conscious of my divine origin and heavenly calling. I function from the realm of glory, shining your light and dispensing your grace to my world. I live as royalty, revealing the beauty and excellence of the Kingdom, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
