새롭고 의롭게 된 존재
A New, Justified Being
“그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다”(고후 5:17)
예수님께서 온 세상의 죄인들을 위해 값을 치르셨다고 말할 때, 이는 우리가 일반적으로 말하고 있음을 이해해야 합니다. 이 말은 그리스도인들을 포함하지 않습니다. 그리스도인은 죄인들 가운데 포함되지 않기 때문입니다. 그리스도인들은 다른 종류의 존재입니다. 그들은 세상에 속하지 않습니다. 그들은 예수 그리스도의 죽음, 장사됨, 부활을 통해 새로운 생명 안으로 들어왔습니다.
예수 그리스도를 믿고 당신의 삶에 대한 그분의 주되심을 고백했을 때, 당신은 재창조되었습니다. 새로운 생명으로 거듭났습니다. “그러므로 우리가 그의 죽으심과 합하여 침례를 받음으로 그와 함께 장사되었나니 이는 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심과 같이 우리로 또한 새 생명 가운데서 행하게 하려 함이라”(롬 6:4) 이것이 기독교의 본질입니다. 당신은 부활로부터 새로운 생명으로 태어난 새로운 피조물입니다.
그 결과, 당신은 의롭게 된 사람으로 살아갑니다. 의롭게 된다는 것은 무슨 뜻입니까? 무죄로 선언된다는 의미입니다. 즉, 무죄 판결을 받는 것입니다. 죄를 지은 사람은 그리스도와 함께 십자가에서 죽었습니다. 그리고 예수님이 부활하셨을 때, 새로운 당신이 살아났습니다. 이 새로운 당신은 의와 참된 거룩함으로 창조되었습니다.
로마서 4:25은 주 예수님에 대해 말합니다. “예수는 우리가 범죄한 것 때문에 내줌이 되고 또한 우리를 의롭다 하시기 위하여 살아나셨느니라” 하나님께 영광 드립니다! 당신은 새로운 피조물이기 때문에 의롭게 되었습니다. 이것이 우리가 긴급하게 복음을 전파하는 이유입니다. 우리는 모든 사람들이 그리스도 안으로 들어와 새로운 피조물이 되기를 원합니다. 우리는 그들이 의롭게 되었고 그리스도 안에서 과거가 없다는 것을 알기 원합니다. 그들은 새로운 종족입니다.
야고보서 1:18은 말합니다. “그분 자신의 뜻으로 우리를 진리의 말씀으로 낳으셔서 우리로 그의 피조물들 가운데 첫 열매들에 속한 자들이 되게 하셨으니”(한글 킹제임스) 밑줄 친 부분을 주목하십시오. 당신은 다른 종류의 존재입니다. 당신은 신성한 본성을 가지고 있는 존재입니다. 당신은 거룩하게 구별되었고, 영화롭게 되었고, 의롭게 되었습니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 그리스도 안에 있는 새로운 생명에 감사드립니다. 나는 새로운 피조물이며, 의롭다 하심을 받고 하나님께 살아 있습니다. 옛 것은 지나갔고, 모든 것이 새로워졌습니다. 나는 나의 신성한 본성에 대한 의식 안에서 행하며, 내가 가는 곳마다 하나님의 영광과 의를 나타냅니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

A NEW, JUSTIFIED BEING
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
When we say Jesus paid the price for the whole world of sinners, you need to understand that we’re speaking generically. It doesn’t include Christians because the Christian isn’t counted among the sinners. Christians are a different species of being; they’re not from the world. They came into a new life through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
When you believed in Jesus Christ and confessed His lordship over your life, you were recreated; born again with a new life: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4). This is the essence of Christianity; you’re a new creation born from the resurrection into a newness of life.
As a result, you walk as a justified person. What does it mean to be justified? It means to be declared not guilty; acquitted. The person who was guilty died with Christ on the Cross. And when Jesus resurrected, a new you came alive. This new you was created in righteousness and true holiness.
Romans 4:25, referring to the Lord Jesus, tells us that He “…was delivered for our offenses, and was raised again for our justification.” Glory to God! You’re justified because you’re a new creation. This is why we preach the Gospel with urgency. We want men and women everywhere to come into Christ and become new creations. We want them to know they’ve been justified and that in Christ, they don’t have a past; they’re new species.
James 1:18 says, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.” Notice the underlined expression; you’re a different breed, one with the divine nature—sanctified, glorified, justified. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the new life in Christ. I’m a new creation, justified and alive to God. Old things are passed away, and all things have become new. I walk in the consciousness of my divine nature, manifesting the glory and righteousness of God everywhere I go, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
